What fun will your little ones have while you are skiing?
Arriving at the hotel
After a comfortable (and probably sleepy) journey from the airport, you and your little penguin will arrive at your hotel, find your room and get settled in for the night.
Arriving at the Penguin Club
The next morning, one of our Ski 2 Resort Ambassadors will take you over the bridge and up the snowy road to the Penguin Club. Surrounded by trees and snow, there’s lots of outdoor fun to be had if you are lucky enough to have sunny weather.
There are plenty of toys, games, jigsaws, books and DVDs to choose from. If your little penguin likes to get creative, they can colour in their own penguin to add to our penguin scene on the wall.
Sledging anyone? There are plenty of sledges for all the penguins. There are also some strap on skis if they are too small for ski school, but would like to have a go. And, of course, lots of other fun outdoor toys to play with. Or they could always build a snowman!
Or they could always build a snowman!
Have a go at skiing?
For the bigger penguins, we offer Penguin Club + ski. Your penguin will spend most of the day having fun at the Penguin Club and then one of our dedicated nannies, who is also a qualified ski instructor, will take them up the mountain to learn how to ski. Your penguin will first need to get kitted up in ski hire…
…they will then take the gondola up to Crest, where they can play on the nursery slope.
After all that excitement, it might be time to curl up with a hot chocolate or have a nap in the Penguin Club cot room.

Ski classes for 3 year olds – a mixture of ski and play for young skiers in our own British Ski School and British-staffed nursery
Whilst our youngest guests are enjoying some creative play in the Penguin Club, a qualified instructor will take the 3 year olds to the top of the gondola for some fun time on the brand new mini nursery slope, with its own travellator lift.
Under the watchful eye of a member of our staff, this time on skis will be a perfect introduction to this exciting sport and a good step towards joining group lessons with the Ski 2 Kids Ski School in future years.
The amount of time spent on skis will depend on weather and snow conditions, but will likely be an hour each day, with full supervision between the nursery and the slopes, ski instruction whilst on the slope and ski equipment hire included.
The rest of the day will be spend enjoying the activities of the Penguin Club, leaving parents free to spend the full day on the pistes of the Monterosa ski area.

We are very pleased to have been Highly Commended in the World Snow Awards 2013 in the ‘Specialist Tour Operator’ category, after being shortlisted in last year’s awards.
To have our hard work acknowledged by such an influential award within the Snowsports industry is very encouraging.
Our congratulations go to all the award winners, and especially to Olympic ski racer siblings Martin and Graham Bell. The brothers were jointly awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award for Outstanding Contribution to UK Snowsports at the second annual awards ceremony in London.
As a privately-owned, established operator (now in our 14th season), we pride ourselves in the high standard of service that we offer to our clients, but it is always good to have this commitment rewarded.
We’ve invested substantially in the facilities that we offer in resort again this year with a much larger crèche (the Ski 2 Penguin Club), another new transfer minibus, new decals on some of our other vehicles and lots of new hire skis and boots.
Regular visitors will also notice other subtle improvements to the packaging for your travel documents and stronger luggage labels.
Finding reliable snow forecasts for the Alps can be a challenge. During the season keep an eye on this account to see the most up-to-date weather information we have for Champoluc. This will be updated from forecasts we trust and from staff in the resort.
Do you help to arrange ski trips for your school, college or other educational institution? We regularly welcome large groups to Champoluc and we've started this account to help promote and market this service.
